The Secretariat Office is located at B1 floor in Seogwipo KAL Hotel (see the Floor Plan). The office will be open every day at 08:00a.m.during the conference.

Speaker¡¯s Preparation Room
A speaker's preparation room will be available everyday on B1 floor, Seogwipo KAL Hotel, beginning 08:00 a.m. from Monday, May 24 during the conference. All speakers should confirm all the audio-visual equipment needs with the Secretariat and meet with their respective moderators prior to their sessions.

Currency & Credit Cards
The unit of Korean currency is Won (indicated as £Ü). One US$ dollar is equivalent to about £Ü1,100 as of September 10, 2008. Foreign bank notes and traveler's checks can be converted into Korean Won at the banks located in the lobby of Inchon International Airport and also at major tourist hotels. Major credit cards such as Visa and Master Card are accepted at most stores and hotels.

Rent a car
If you want to rent a car, you must have International Driver¡¯s License (or Permit). You may rent a car at the inside airport building or Rent Car Desk of the Seogwipo KAL hotel.

Electricity
In Korea, outlets for 220 volts are commonly used. Always check the power supply before using electric equipments.

Tipping
Tipping is not a traditional Korean custom. A 10% service charge is usually added to your bill at all tourist hotels and therefore, tipping is not expected at such places. However, at the ordinary restaurants and bars, you may leave about 5~10 % of the bill only if you wish. It is not necessary to tip a taxi driver unless he assists you with luggage or provides an extra service.
